Acceptance of the Terms

We implement various measures to identify fraudulent patterns. Take a Break Bingo reserves the right to close an account if it determines you have created multiple accounts simultaneously for gaming purposes.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
By accepting bonuses or participating in promotions, you agree that winnings are subject to a standard 25x playthrough requirement before withdrawing funds from your main balance (applies only when deposits exceed £10). Bonus T&Cs shall be applicable separately as per each promotional offer provided by Take a Break Bingo. Specific terms for individual offers may include but not limited to restrictions on specific games or game types.
Wagering and Gameplay Conditions
By playing any of our games, you acknowledge your understanding that outcomes are based entirely on chance. Any disputes related to winnings shall be governed solely by these Terms and applicable law (i.e., United Kingdom's jurisdiction).
Bonus Abuse Prevention

You confirm you are able to withdraw any winnings up to the sum deposited. Any withdrawal request will be processed according to Take a Break Bingo's standard verification procedure.
Verification Before Withdrawals

Processing and Review Procedures
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of verification documentation. If an issue arises during this process, Take a Break Bingo reserves its right to suspend the withdrawal request until resolution is achieved.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership
Take a Break Bingo's software, database contents (text images logos audio sound effects graphics and any related content ("intellectual property" hereinafter)) are protected by intellectual property rights, registered or unregistered. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under law (United Kingdom jurisdiction), we limit our liability for all claims arising out of these Terms & Conditions and use of our services to the sum paid as deposits towards accounts during active period. This limitation also applies in case you decide upon making a formal complaint regarding account balance discrepancies.
Modification of Terms
Take a Break Bingo reserves its right to modify any provisions within this document at anytime without prior notification including updates on rules governing bonuses or promotional schemes etc.
